What time do I need to get to the Hotel for?
Kindly arrive at the hotel reception lobby by 12:00 noon. The reception team will securely hold your luggage and arrange for it to be sent to your allocated room ahead of check-in at 3:00 PM. Checkin will take place during the conference break at at 3:30pm.
Upon arrival, you will be directed to the meeting or lunch room before gaining access to your room. To ensure a smooth experience, please have everything you need for the conference ready. (Conference dress code – Smart Casual)
What time is checkin and checkout?
Official check-in is at 3:00 PM; however, your luggage can be sent to your room starting at 12:00 PM upon registration. Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
If you arrive earlier or wish to stay a little longer, you’ll always find a cozy spot in the lounge or bar for you to work or relax.
What times can I use the spa?
Spa access will be available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the 13th and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM the following day.
Please ensure you are on time for the conference and Dinner party.

When can we get ready for the Dinner Party?
Between when the conference ends and Dinner starts. 5pm-7pm (During Predrinks)
What is the dress code for the Dinner Party?
The dress code for the event is black tie. Women are welcome to wear attire in any color of their choice, not limited to black or white. Men are required to wear formal attire, which includes a suit or tuxedo paired with either a tie or bowtie.
What do I wear to the conference?
Dress code for the conference is Smart Casual.
What time is breakfast the following day?
Breakfast will be served at Hillfield Restaurant from 7am till 10am.
Do you have electric vehicle charging points?
There are 10 electric charging points in the hotel car park. These are available to hotel guests on a first come first basis and are currently priced at 50p per kWh and a £1 connection fee. They are all 22kW charge points.
Is there free parking?
Yes, there are two car parks on site and are free of charge.
